- We met Paul over two years ago when we decided to build “off grid”. We had no previous experience or knowledge in relation to solar powered systems or generators. This put us at great risk of being ripped off by unscrupulous suppliers/installers. Our foray into the world of power self-sufficiency turned out to be an amazing and positive one thanks to Paul. Even before our build began he came to our block and discussed options, panel direction, power requirements and back up needs. We had several requests that we put to Paul, these were that we needed to be able to run a welder and we needed to be able to run household items such as coffee machine, dishwasher and other white goods throughout the harsh winters that we have here (including snow). With these requests in hand, Paul put together a completely personalised system that has been extremely efficient and has comprehensively met all our needs. We are extremely happy with the system that Paul has installed and his after installation support has been outstanding. There have been a couple of times that we have needed him to come to our house to sort out some glitches which have turned out to be a result of our interference rather than a problem with the system. He has also been prompt in returning our calls for over the phone advice. We highly recommend Solarphase to all our friends and acquaintances that are looking to install/upgrade/investigate solar powered/supported systems.
